Who handles your information

What we collect
- What you type into the free check form: your store URL, a way to reach you, the optional note, and the page you sent it from.
- Where you came from: when you first open this site in a tab, which site sent you (the domain only, such as chatgpt.com), any utm tags in the link, and the first page you saw. These stay in that browser tab only and are cleared when you close it. They reach us only if you submit the form, together with your entry.
- Host access logs: the site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any host, keeps access logs (IP address, URL visited, browser details). We don't use them to track you.
- Nothing else. This site runs no analytics, ad tracking or session recording, and sets no tracking cookies.
Why, and how we use it
Only to reply to your request and, if you agree, to keep talking about our services. We don't sell it or use it for other marketing. The where-you-came-from fields tell us which channels people find us through (for example, how many come from AI assistants). We look at channels, not at you.
Where it goes
The form forwards your entry to our team's internal chat (Feishu or WeCom), where only the colleagues who reply can see it. The site is hosted on Vercel, and the form passes through its servers. If forwarding fails, we don't write your contact details into server logs; the page asks you to email us instead.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months. For clients, as the contract says.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google, which can see your IP address. We receive nothing about you from Google.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent, email hello@jianruntech.com. We reply within 15 working days.
